About Sifu Renza
Sifu Gary Renza has over 30 years of experience in Chinese healing and martial arts and has competed in numerous tournaments. His extensive training includes Southern Shaolin Ch’uan, Tai Chi Ch’uan, Hsing-I Ch’uan, Pa Kua Chang, Ching Na, and Chinese Kenpo.
He is well-versed in Taoist and Buddhist philosophy and meditation, the healing arts of Chi Kung, Tui Na, Chinese medicine, and herbology.
Over the years Sifu Renza has received numerous awards for his excellence and perseverance in Chinese martial arts. He is a published writer, lecturer, and herbalist and has also written articles for some of the leading martial arts magazines in the country.
