This past Sunday May 21st Boy Scout Troop 22 from Tarrytown placed new flags on Veterans footstones in honor of this coming Memorial Day.
This has been a tradition for five years every Memorial Day/Veterans Day. The troop burns the old flags at a special ceremony.
