Irvington artist and illustrator Jennifer Orkin Lewis’ new book comes out this week. Orkin Lewis also painted the cover and all interior illustrations for Irvington author Allison Gilbert’s latest book, Passed and Present. It’s the first time these two Irvington authors will be doing a book signing and discussion together, led by Irvington Library Director Rosemarie Gatzek.
Orkin Lewis will have her colorful and whimsical pieces of art on hand, and Gilbert will have examples of projects from her book. Both the book signing and “Show & Tell” will take place this Saturday, 9/17, at 2:00pm at the Irvington Public Library in Irvington, NY. Interviews will be available.
