Union State Bank, the largest commercial bank based in the Hudson Valley, has announced the promotion of Kimberly Crispino to Vice President, Director of Marketing.
In her new position she will be in charge of overseeing all functions of the marketing department. Specific areas of responsibility include public relations, advertising, new product development and internal communications.
Mrs. Crispino is an excellent example of professionalism and leadership. In 2003 she was recognized as among the top 40 young professional leaders in Rockland County in the annual "Forty Under Forty" awards program sponsored by Rockland Economic Development Corp., along with the Rockland Business Association and The Journal News. As a USB University instructor, she has taught in-house courses on team building, presentation skills and improving managerial effectiveness.
Mrs. Crispino is a graduate of Fordham University where she majored in business administration. She earned her Master’s Degree in business administration from Iona College’s Hagan School of Business, graduating with top honors in 2002. In 2004 she received a post Master’s Degree from Iona College with a concentration in marketing.
Mrs. Crispino is active in her community, serving as Chairperson of the Board of the Arts Council of Rockland.
