After a protracted legal battle initiated by the Village of Tarrytown concerning the development of Sleepy Hollow’s GM site development, a judge has ruled.
Late yesterday, the Village of Tarrytown received a copy of Judge James Hubert’s decision in the matter of “Mayor and Board of Trustees of the Village of Tarrytown and the Village of Tarrytown v. Mayor of Sleepy Hollow and General Motors, LLC a/k/a General Motors, which dismissed Tarrytown’s claims in this case. The Mayor and Board of Trustees are, of course, disappointed in court’s determination, and will be reviewing with legal counsel all of the Village’s options. At this time, no decision has been made as to whether to pursue further actions.
