The Harvest Grille is a new restaurant located in the Westchester Marriott Hotel. Executive Chef Ken Harper and his culinary team have created a menu, which features seasonal American food celebrating the bounty of the Hudson Valley and the surrounding coastal region.
The restaurant’s signature dish, the Harvest Chop, offers a variety of items found within the region. The salad is tossed tableside which offers an interesting blend of ingredients; roma tomatoes, dried currants, dried corn, pearl couscous, asiago cheese, Atlantic smoked salmon, organically grown arugula and a pesto buttermilk dressing. The menu offers a variety of choices with vegetarian selections, pasta, seafood and prime steaks. Menu highlights include Roasted Garlic and Spinach Tortellini with Basil Cream and Toasted Pine Nuts, Horseradish Crusted Atlantic Salmon served with a Lemon Chive Sauce, Roasted Chatham Cod and Rock Shrimp with a Sweet Corn Hash or a Porcini Dusted Prime New York Strip Steak with whipped Yukon Gold Potatoes. You can finish your meal with a Warm White Chocolate Bread Pudding accented with Longford’s Vanilla Gelato. Also, don’t forget the Harvest Grille on Sundays. They feature a delectable Brunch until 12 Noon. Some features are the Omelets cooked to order and freshly made Belgium Waffles while you wait and lastly, a delicious slow roasted Bourbon Glazed Ham, from Ridgewood, New York.
