One Restaurant

One Restaurant, located in scenic Irvington, celebrated it’s second anniversary recently. When it opened in late 2006, it quickly garnered an “Excellent” from M.

H. Reed of the NY Times.

Owners Bobby Manzi and Michael Pelliccio, who also own River City Grille in Irvington, were thrilled with the positive press and accolades thrown upon their newest venture, but were concerned that the style of the menu, pricing & service had drifted from the original plan. The "Excellent" review, although flattering, was not what One was supposed to be about. “One was never meant to cater to only the elite,” Bobby Manzi said. After two chef changes, Justin Rowe has taken over the kitchen. Manzi feels as though the restaurant has finally hit its stride. “At this point, the food, service and wine list are where we intended it to be from the beginning.” One is serving Modern American Cuisine with a super fresh Raw Bar. There is a lounge menu which is perfect for anyone who enjoys the more casual feeling of eating in the bar. To entice people to try the new style of the restaurant, One is offering a special three-course dinner promotion every Sunday and Wednesday to Friday for $35 per person, excluding alcohol, tax and gratuity.

One is located at One Bridge Street in Irvington.
