The Field Hall Foundation has granted $275,635 through its Winter 2024/25 grant cycle. These funds will support programs that offer essential services and financial assistance, empowering seniors to live independently and successfully in their own homes. Grant recipients include:
Westchester Public Private Partnership for Aging Services
$60,000 – To provide an enhanced Telehealth Intervention Program for seniors in Mt. Vernon
God’s Love We Deliver
$50,000 – To expand their Care Transitions’ medically tailored meal delivery program to seniors being discharged from Northern Westchester and Phelps Hospitals
Burke Rehabilitation Hospital
$25,000 – To remove barriers that would impede senior patients’ continued recovery at home. This program serves seniors living in Dutchess, Putnam and Westchester Counties
Parole Preparation Project
$25,000 – To provide direct support and care to formerly incarcerated older adults
Visiting Nurse Services in Westchester
$25,000 – To connect seniors virtually with nurses for more consistent healthcare monitoring. This program serves seniors living in Dutchess, Putnam and Westchester Counties
Feeding Westchester
$20,000 – To support their Senior Grocery Delivery Program
Gramatan Village
$15,000 – To provide social work services to their full and scholarship members
Long Term Care Community Coalition
$15,000 – To improve the effectiveness of the Long-Term Care Ombudsmen Program for nursing home residents and their families in Dutchess, Putnam and Westchester Counties
Mount Kisco Interfaith Food Pantry
$15,000 – To provide nutritious groceries to seniors through their food pantry and home delivery programs
A-HOME
$14,750 – To make safety upgrades at a senior housing residence
Maryknoll Sisters of St. Dominic
$8,590 – To provide electronic video magnifiers for Sisters with vision loss or impairment
Hyde Park Food Pantry
$2,295 – To provide nutritious food and groceries for seniors
