Lots of news and accomplishments at Reno Rivertown Realty this year. Janet Nold, Broker, has been appointed for a fourth term as a Director on the Board of Realtors for the Westchester County Board of Realtors (WCBR).
Nold also sits on the Legislative Committee and the Finance Committee at the Board of Realtors. In addition, she is a member of the Irvington and Tarrytown/Sleepy Hollow Chambers of Commerce.
Reno Realty has two new additions to their staff, Joe Romano and Matt Nathenson. Joe Romano brings several years of sales and executive placement experience to his new role in real estate sales and has already been active in closing deals in Reno’s Rental Division. Matt Nathenson, whose background is in clinical social work, has been successful, focusing on commercial real estate. Reno welcomes these two dynamic personalities to their company.
Paul Fourie, who is also affiliated with Reno, has a background in finance and is also a writer. Paul has been very successful over the last year and was awarded the Rookie of the Year and Silver Awards by the Westchester Board of Realtors for 2007 Excellence in Sales. Paul is Reno’s top-selling agent for co-ops and rentals in the Rivertown Area. Lisa Lindsay, office administrator, is also a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson. She has recently participated in listing and selling three co-ops in Irvington. Fostering a team/family atmosphere, the Reno agents have been enjoying summer jazz at the Dobbs Ferry waterfront on Wednesday evenings.
