Hackley School 8th grader, Justin Seim, won the 103-pound New York Private School Wrestling State Championships at Long Island Lutheran on February 16th.
Justin defeated returning State Champion Corey Hernandez from Poly Prep with a decision 6-2.
The Hackley Hornets had some other accomplishments. Senior and Ivy League Champion, at 145lbs, Jack Shaw took second place in the State finals. Junior captain Toby Zitsman took third place.
