Edible Arrangements, a nationwide franchise specializing in creating fruit designs that resemble floral arrangements, is opening its newest location at 25 Main Street in Tarrytown.
The owner of the store, Randy Winston, expects to open during the first week of August.
When the store opens, it will offer arrangements that have become popular to deliver for birthdays, holidays, and other special occasions. Winston stated that he was “extremely happy to be opening in Tarrytown. There aren’t too many things in life that are so tasty and yet are healthy for you too.” He cited the antioxidant qualities of dark chocolate- covered strawberries, an Edible Arrangements staple. “We welcome everyone in the Village to stop in for free samples of our products. We’re very encouraged by the excitement we’ve seen from the many pedestrians who have stopped by while the store is being readied to open."
