A Journey Through the Chakras

This workshop, led by Ann Elizabeth Byrne from Hudson Valley Meditation & Reiki, explores the Chakra System. Find out just what the Chakras are and how they affect our wellness. Follow this journey with handout information for your reference as we discuss the major seven chakras and how these energy centers relate to various aspects of our lives. Participants will take a deep dive into these chakras and learn that each has a different sound, color, element, physical, and emotional representation. Ann will also share practical tips for keeping our Chakras aligned. The session will conclude with a guided meditation and Reiki touch as a singing bowl is played for all participants.
