Tarrytown-based Ultrafabrics Introduces New Education Course on the Power of Color

Tarrytown-based Ultrafabrics®, the maker of intelligent performance fabrics designed for the senses, announces the latest education installment in what is lining up to be an exciting year for the company.

Titled: “The Power of Color: Using Color to Evoke Feelings and Create Moods” Ultrafabrics® has designed a Continuing Education Unit (CEU) to not only educate the creative community on the multiple uses of applications of Ultrafabrics® varied portfolio of materials, but how color is truly a crucial design tool, and how it can affect emotions and elicit physical response.

This informative course has been designed to impress the audience with insight and knowledge on how color can communicate a specific mood or feeling. Topics that will be covered include color psychology, symbolism, meaning and color association. At the end of this CEU, each participant will understand how to use color in designing five key moods.

Michelle Stangarone is the newly appointed dedicated in-house Education Coordinator at Ultrafabrics®. She is based at out of the Ultrafabrics® New York headquarters. Michelle and her team can help designers and the creative community reach their goals, either with in person group seminars or with webinars. Either of these opportunities are only 60 minutes in length and are I.D.C.E.C and A.I.A. accredited.
