Ossining’s First Dispensary Opens in Growing Waterfront District

Ossining’s first legal marijuana dispensary, Up The River, is hosting a Grand Opening Ribbon Cutting with the Greater Ossining Chamber of Commerce to officially celebrate this exciting new business. The Grand Opening event is Friday, November 21st. Ribbon Cutting will be at 4:20PM, with tours to follow, as well as celebratory treats and beverages at Here Coffee and Beer, 20 Main Street, from 5PM-9PM. Up the River will continue the fun the following day, November 22, with a full day of brand popups, goodie bags, discounts, and a food truck.

The mission of Up the River Dispensary is to provide high-quality, compliant, and thoughtfully curated cannabis products to their customers, while also serving as a positive force within the community. Up the River partners with trusted cultivators, processors, and brands across New York State. Each offering is selected not only for quality, but also for consistency, safety, and alignment with their values.

Ryan LoGiudici, Owner of Up The River, was raised and lives in Croton, NY, a stone’s throw away from Ossining. After attending college out-of-state and honing his knowledge base and skillset on the West coast, Ryan is most notably excited for the, “full circle moment of returning to the place and community where [he] was born and raised and bringing [his] passion to Northern Westchester and the Hudson Valley area.”

Althema Goodson, Greater Ossining Chamber of Commerce President, remarks on the significance of embracing new and modern businesses, “We are so excited to see the next generation of business owners bringing the next generation of business to our vibrant community.”

Up The River is located at 34 Main Street, Ossining
