A winemaker dinner so special, we’re opening on a Monday! Join us on Monday, September 14th at 6:30 PM for an exclusive five-course dinner featuring Australian winemaker Tim Smith.
Based in Australia’s Barossa Valley, Tim Smith is one of the country’s most awarded boutique producers. His winemaking focuses on the region’s time-proven varietals—Mourvèdre (locally known as Mataro), Grenache, and Shiraz—alongside exceptional parcels of Shiraz, Riesling, and Viognier fruit sourced from the Eden Valley.
