Domingo Loja, the head chef of the popular Carlos’ Place on Clinton Street in Sleepy Hollow, has reopened the restaurant under the new name of The Godfather Italian Bistro.
Mr. Loja has twenty years of experience in the kitchens of many well known Westchester restaurants including Alba’s in Port Chester and Lusiardi’s in Larchmont. He brings an exciting Italian menu of daily specials, including fresh fish, veal, chicken and beef dishes, along with pastas and homemade soups. To celebrate his grand opening on Friday, January 19, the Bistro is offering complimentary homemade desserts.
The Godfather Italian Bistro is located at 60 Clinton Street in Sleepy Hollow and has ample free parking. It is open from Tuesday through Friday for lunch and dinner and on the weekends for dinner, starting at 5pm.
