Houlihan Lawrence Commercial, a division of Houlihan Lawrence, has announced signing five leases totaling more than 8,000 square feet for properties in Westchester County.
In Irvington, Viable Strategies signed a lease for just over 1,000 square feet at 3 West Main Street. The space will serve as the company’s new home to focus on the hydrofoil surfboard business. Russ Detres of Houlihan Lawrence Commercial represented Viable Strategies in the transaction
In Ossining, Pilar Salon leased 2,000 square feet at 161 Main Street. Rich Aponte of Houlihan Lawrence Commercial represented both the tenant and landlord.
In Larchmont, Arc of Westchester leased 3,000 square feet of space at 2365 Boston Post Road. Russ Detres of Houlihan Lawrence Commercial represented the tenant. Arc Westchester is the largest agency in Westchester County supporting children, teens and adults with developmental disabilities, including individuals on the autism spectrum, and their families.
In Mount Kisco, Evolytix, a software development company based in Ridgefield, CT, leased 1,152 square feet of space at 45 Kensico Drive. Sean Campbell of SG Realty at Houlihan Lawrence Commercial represented the landlord.
In White Plains, Synatta Studios, a boutique wellness center, leased 1,000 square feet at 280 Dobbs Ferry Road. Russ Detres of Houlihan Lawrence Commercial represented the landlord.
