Come to the fair . . . the Artisan Faire! A variety of elegant and unique homespun treasures from 25 local craft designers will be on sale just in time for holiday shopping, Tuesday through Sunday, December 3 – 8, from noon to 3 p.m. at Muscoot Farm in Somers. A reception will also take place Saturday evening, December 7.
The main house will be decked in brilliant décor for the holiday season, and you’ll be sure to find something special for just about everyone on your list. Browse beautiful hand-crafted bowls and serving pieces, hand-knitted scarves and hats, one-of-a-kind note cards, uniquely crafted jewelry designs, dolls, candles and more. Payment is by cash or check only and items will range in price from $5 teacher gifts to $100 hand-carved wooden bowls, and everything in between. Admission and parking is free.
On Saturday, December 7, get into the holiday spirit and take part in a wine tasting and hors d’oeuvres at a special evening reception from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Pre-sale admission tickets are $10 before December 5, and $12 at the door, payment is by cash or check only.
Proceeds from the reception and a portion of vendor sales will benefit Friends of Muscoot Farm.
