In celebration of Hispanic Heritage, the Warner Library will be hosting a Storytime event with Susie Jaramillo on September 9 at 10:30am. Jaramillo is author, artist, producer, creator and president and chief creative officer of Encantos media. She created Canticos, a popular bilingual preschool media brand and animated series out of a need to share Latin American inspired stories not only for her children but for children worldwide.
Jaramillo will be sharing her latest book La Vaca Lola during an interactive presentation with a storytime, a sing-along, and each family will receive a special gift. This program has been made possible by New York State Assemblymember Mary Jane Shimsky.
