The Village of Croton-on-Hudson announced this week the start of a parking ticket amnesty program for tickets issued between January 1, 2018, and March 31, 2024. During the month of June, eligible outstanding parking violations may be resolved with a 50% reduction in penalties. Payments received during the amnesty period will be accepted as full satisfaction of qualifying open parking summonses.
Approved unanimously by the Village Board of Trustees on April 8, 2026, the amnesty program is intended to provide meaningful relief to violators facing economic challenges while also encouraging compliance with Village ordinances and parking regulations.
Notices have been mailed to all vehicle owners eligible under this program. Payment should be made by June 30, 2026, to participate in this program. Payment may be made online with a credit card by visiting https://parkingticketassist.com/crotononhudson, by mail (money order or check) to Village Justice Court, 1 Van Wyck Street, Croton-on-Hudson, NY 10520, or in-person (money order, cash, check) at the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building, 1 Van Wyck Street, Croton-on-Hudson, NY 10520.
A special telephone number has been established to answer questions related to the amnesty program, which is 1-800-272-1635. Please do not phone the court office directly.
