Irvington High School Students Earn Top Awards at WESEF

A group of 43 juniors and seniors from Irvington High School participated in the 25th annual Regeneron Westchester Science & Engineering Fair (WESEF), held at Somers High School on March 14. They were among more than 800 students from more than 40 high schools to showcase their research and have their work judged by local experts in the field.

Among them, 25 students earned awards for their outstanding research. Special congratulations to Glen Feng who was selected as a Regeneron International Science and Engineering Fair (ISEF) finalist. The ISEF award is given out to the top 20 highest ranking students at WESEF. As a result, Feng will compete in the international competition in Phoenix, Arizona, in May, and has received an all-expense paid trip, sponsored by WESEF.
