I’d like to offer a follow-up to last spring’s coverage of the sale of the Marymount-Fordham campus to E.F. Language Schools, and the subsequent loss of the Marymount pool as a resource for lap-swimmers.
The pool is once again open to the community with considerably longer hours and ample parking, and it is still possible to pay on a monthly basis.
For swimmers used to the graciousness and tranquility of the five-lane pool with its private changing rooms and showers, this is terrific news I wanted to share. For more information about fees and hours, speak to Ed Lugari at (914) 597-7170.
