Clover Comfort Hosts Fund Raiser

Announcing the Honorary Sister Bernadette Donaghy Family Corned Beef Luncheon.  The fund-raiser will be at Holy Cross Community Hall on Beekman Avenue in conjunction with the 2009 Sleepy Hollow / Tarrytown St.

Patrick’s Day Parade on March 15th.  Fifty percent of the proceeds from food sales will benefit the RSHM Life Center of Sleepy Hollow, which offers educational programs and social services to local individuals and families, and 50 percent of the proceeds will benefit the Make-A-Wish Foundation® of the Hudson Valley, which is dedicated to enriching the human experience by granting the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions.

What we at Clover are trying to provide is a family alternative to the adult activities associated with St. Patrick’s Day.  During and after the parade from 1:00 to 5:30 PM we will be serving delicious food, sized for kids and adults, at Holy Cross Community Hall at 118 Beekman Avenue.  For $5.00 we will have full corned beef sandwiches for the adults or  1/2 sandwich with chips and a drink for the kids.  It will be walk-up service.  Free food vouchers will be given to those folks who enter their furnace in our Oldest Furnace Contest.  In order to enter the contest, homeowners need to simply get their furnace’s efficiency evaluated by our experts.

Clover Comfort, the "Green Home Pros" of Sleepy Hollow, will be awarding one homeowner a free Maytag high efficiency warm air furnace replacement valued up to $10,000, including standard replacement and installation as part of its first ever "Oldest Furnace Contest."  Clover will determine the age as well as offer to evaluate the performance and safety of each entrant’s furnace and discuss options for improving comfort and efficiency.  Contest participants will enjoy free food when the winner is announced at the luncheon.

Clover hopes to alert homeowners to the cost savings and environmental benefits associated with the cleanest and most efficient options for heating available today while continuing to support its customers and its community.  For more information, please call (914) 631-6744 or visit www.clovercomfort.com, www.hudson.wish.org, and www.rshmlifecenter.org.
