Katie Letscher and Lanie Jackson received the 1st Annual Jennifer Ota Sportsmanship Award. The award, presented by the Tarrytown Recreation Department, was given in honor of the memory of Jennifer Ota, a popular player for many years in the Tarrytown Recreational Softball League, who passed away tragically at the beginning of the season.
Jennifer’s husband, Rich Sheridan (pictured with Letscher and Jackson), presented the award to the two honorees.
