Dear Fellow 17th Congressional District Voters,
We are off to the polls starting on the 13th of June – with a very important decision to make on who is going to go up against Mike Lawler in the General Election! We need someone who has PROVEN experience legislating and being elected! BETH DAVIDSON has that and that is why I will be voting for BETH!
For a quick summary of BETH’s experience:
• BETH served on the Nyack School Board for 6 years – serving on a school board requires a huge amount of DIPLOMACY and CONSENSUS BUILDING!
• BETH took those skills to win a seat on the Rockland Board of Legislators – where she garnered 57% of the vote and helped flip the Rockland County legislature to a Democratic supermajority – first time in years!
• BETH has ACTUALLY fought back – not JUST TALKEDabout fighting back in the future- she doing the fighting now!
• BETH got legislation passed – limiting cooperation with ICE, worked to stop the reopening of Indian Point, gas and housing affordability, hiring more patrol officers and more!
• BETH’s REAL TIME experience in financial budgeting, transportation, road issues, senior and youth concerns, health care and affordable housing will give Beth an advantage when she goes up against to the cunning Mike Lawler in the General Election!
• BETH has demonstrated experience in legislation and in winning elections! DEMONSTRATED EXPERIENCE is critical – this is a high stakes political fight against a seasoned political operative – we just can’t have an untested candidate in this critical fight!
