There are two fun events planned at AF Veteran park during the next two Sunday’s: Our annual Greenburgh Diaper Dash this Sunday and our annual dog swim on September 7th. Registration for the diaper dash closes on Friday at 4.
Greenburgh Diaper Dash

Location: Gerard J. Byrne Center – Anthony F. Veteran Park
Price: $10 per racer
Racing Details:
- Specially designed for children 2 years old and under
- Two Categories: Crawlers (not yet walking) and Walkers (walking steadily)
- Two adults must be present so your child can start and finish in the arms of a loved one
Registration Deadline: Friday, August 29th at 4:00 PM

Annual Dog Swim at AF Veteran Park is September 7th
We are planning our annual dog swim for Sunday, September 7. This is one of the most popular recreation programs that the town sponsors each year and is held at AF Veteran town pool (kiddy pool area). The pool is closed for humans but open for dogs. If you don’t have a dog, you might enjoy watching many dogs (large and small) enjoying this amazing day. $10 per dog.
