Wishes, Lies & Dreams: a Poetry Camp with Lily Andrews
August 4-8, 2025 from 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
(Grades 3-5)
In this exciting poetry and collage workshop, students will draft poems in a variety of different forms and styles and choose 5-10 poems (theirs and some of the models that we read) to assemble into a collage-decorated poetry collection.
This camp will run from 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM in person at the Hudson Valley Writers Center. Students have the option to register for the full day, including StorybookCrafting in the morning starting at 9:00 AM. Students who attend camp full-day will be expected to bring a lunch.
