Rockin’ the Clock

Shed the years, and maybe a few pounds, as you shake, rattle, and roll your way through six decades of rock’s greatest hits in a five-week dance fitness class (March 29, April 5, 12, 19, and 26), led by certified fitness instructor Jody Alesandro, that emphasizes strength, flexibility, and balance.
