A collection of comedies and dramas about love, life, loss, limits and larceny from the viewpoint of folks over 60, about folks over 60, acted and directed by folks over 60.
• A FASHIONABLE FUNERAL by Bette Siler (71) – A comedy that explores aging, death and how to avoid a bad hair day in your casket.
• THE BEAUTY OF NUMBERS by Keith Whalen (63) – A bookkeeper discovers something wrong in the books and her boss has to decide whether the problem is with the numbers or with the bookkeeper.
• LOVE AT FIRST REWRITE by Carol Mark (64) – A theater critic is unimpressed by a play but becomes increasingly impressed by the playwright.
• WHOSE KEYS ARE THEY ANYWAY by Ed Friedman (75) – Old tensions resurface as siblings find themselves at odds over their father’s quality of life.
• VERBATIM by Albi Gorn (77) – A bickering couple decides to hire a stenographer to make a transcript of their next fight so they can hold each other to what they say.
