Travel back in time as The Old Mill Singers directed by Nell Macdonald weave a rich blend of “A TAPESTRY OF AMERICAN SONG” at their annual 2026 Spring Concert. Immerse yourself in this fabulous musical encore of the past and the evolution of today’s American music, in celebration of our nation’s 250th Birthday!
In this historical event, The Old Mill Singers will perform old time favorites like “Oh Susannah”, “Deep River” and “Shenandoah”….jazz it up with tunes like “It Don’t Mean A Thing If It Ain’t Got That Swing”… . Motown will also take the stage…followed by hits made famous by Elvis, Johnny Cash, Woody Guthrie, and Jon Bon Jovi…just to name a few. Of course…Carol King , famous for her own “Tapestry” album, had to be part of this tribute. Lots of Broadway will be happening too….”West Side Story”…”The Wizard of Oz”….”Hamilton”…. and more!
