Irvington Library Chess Club K-5

Irvington Public Library is pleased to invite all kids grades K through 5 to join its Chess Club! We have instruction followed by Chess play. We offer two classes: The 4:00 pm to 4:50 pm session is for players that are Advanced Beginners – those who know how the chess pieces move and are ready to learn the strategy of playing. The 5:00 pm to 5:50 pm session is for players that are Advanced /Competitive – players ready to focus on strategy. Please register for each class individually on our Calendar of Events.
