Join us to learn the hottest sport in town! No experience needed! Activities will include:
– Hear about the new Cortlandt Rowing Survivor program for cancer survivors
– Learn the basic rowing stroke on a rowing machine
– Explore rowing equipment, procedures, and ‘boat lingo’
– Take your first strokes in a boat at the dock
– Row a crew boat on the lake!
