Local families have long known just how wonderful the Warner Library Children’s Room is, and now the rest of Westchester County knows as well. The July issue of Westchester Family magazine has named the Warner Library Children’s Room the 2014 Family Favorite for best Library Children’s Programs.

“The Warner Library is clearly a great community resource,” writes the magazine. “Their Children’s Library offers age-appropriate books, movies, storytimes, crafts, summer reading games, authors’ visits and book clubs. There’s also homework help for school-age children. Special programs, such as Theatre Adventure Workshops and Candy Sushi & Origami Bento Boxes round out a terrific line-up of programs and activities that inspire learning and imaginative fun.”
