Motorists are advised that the northbound Bronx River Parkway will be closed to traffic between Virginia Road and the Kensico Dam Plaza (Taconic State Parkway connector) on Wednesday, July 3 from 5 p.m. to midnight for the county Parks Department’s annual Kensico Dam Music Fest and fireworks display event held at the Kensico Dam Plaza.
In addition, the Taconic State Parkway will be closed to traffic from Commerce Street to the Kensico Dam Plaza during the above-referenced hours.
Variable message signs will alert motorists. Delays are expected and motorists are advised to seek alternate routes.
