Midcentury Homes of Holly Place: A Tour of Briarcliff Historic Home Interiors

Step inside mid century modern homes and see and learn about many more as we tour one of Westchester’s “hidden” neighborhoods of historic homes in Briarcliff Manor.
October 12, 2025 | 1:00pm and 3:30pm | 2 hour walking tour (approx.)
What may be passed by as an unassuming cul-de-sac, Holly Place is a lovely haven of about a dozen unique dwellings from the 1960s and 70s by the architectural, engineering, and landscape design firm Wenning Associates.
Special interior stops include a 1966 home that blends dramatic height and expansive glass with the warmth of wood ceilings and textured brick and a home from 1967 anchored by its octagonal foyer that combines full-height windows, clerestories, and partial walls to fill the spaces with light and playful shadows. The third interior stop is at a house made up of four interconnected hexagons that was used in the 2007 film American Gangster!

Walking tour. Offered one day only. Space is limited.
The tour will take place along Holly Place in Briarcliff Manor.
