The Village of Sleepy Hollow was a year old, and heavy industry thrived along the waterfront of its neighbor and rival – Tarrytown. Irvington to the south and Briarcliff Manor to the north knew nothing about our first black and white issue in December of 1997. Twenty years have passed, and with them great changes in the Villages we now call the Rivertowns. One thing remains the same.
