Main Street School fourth and fifth graders participated in the annual Health and Wellness Fair on May 1, an event designed to inspire lifelong healthy habits through hands-on learning and interactive sessions.

The fair focused on four key areas of wellness – physical fitness, mental health, healthy eating and medical health. The students selected from a range of sessions led by guest speakers and local health experts, allowing them to explore topics that interested them most. In addition to the workshops, the fourth and fifth graders explored the Exhibit Hall, where they connected with vendors and organizations representing various aspects of health and wellness.

Special thanks to the session presenters, Exhibit Hall participants and volunteers for their contributions, as well as physical education teacher Laura Shaw for her role in making the event a success.
