The African American Men of Westchester and Earn Your Leisure will host a conference focused on providing information and guidance to athletes who have become eligible to receive compensation for their participation in college sports.

The conference will provide NIL athletes with information regarding:
- Opportunities available for student athletes to be compensated.
- Pitfalls offered by predators.
- Elements of financial literacy and money management.
Presenters will include:
- Chris Fields: Director of Financial Planning at Fortis Lux Financial
- Danya Abrams: Boston College Director of Roster Management
- Greg Barnett: NFL Player Agent
- Matt Middleton: Entertainment Lawyer
