Customers can use the app to place orders and check out online to expedite a quicker takeout dining experience. Chef Nicholas Bell notes the efficiency of the online ordering process saying, “On a busy evening, we were delegating one member of our staff just to answer phones for pick-up orders. We now can have those orders directly sent to our kitchen from your smartphone or tablet. It is just so much more efficient now.” Customer credit card information is entered through the app and can be saved for future online orders. The average time to place a food order for pickup, such as a frozen rice, is under one minute. In an age where customers expect businesses to be tech-equipped, this was a decision that was easily made thanks to online

After countless hours of perfecting the menu, Chef Bell and partner Brian Doyle are confident that customers will enjoy these new benefits as a way of picking up their favorite dishes from the Sleepy Hollow staple.
