Feeding Westchester will hold its annual An Evening in Good Taste, an evening of restaurant tastings, fine wine, craft beers, specialty cocktails, and networking with fellow supporters on Thursday, April 3, from 6:00pm to 9:30pm. The event supports Feeding Westchester’s mission to provide healthy, nutritious food to Westchester neighbors at risk of hunger and will feature exclusive food & drink from more than 40 Westchester-based restaurants (current list included below).
The fundraiser returns to Savor Food Hall at The Westchester, 125 Westchester Ave., White Plains. In addition to the tastings, the evening will offer an opportunity to bid on high-profile silent auction items such as sports outings, travel, and private dining experiences. All event proceeds remain in our community, helping to bring healthy, nutritious food to the 1-in-3 Westchester households that are at risk of hunger.
“An Evening In Good Taste is a unique community event that brings together Westchester’s best restaurants, our supporters, and our amazing partners, all to benefit our neighbors who are struggling to put nutritious food on their tables,” said Karen C. Erren, President and CEO of Feeding Westchester. “We are fortunate to live and work in a community that is so supportive, and we love the collaboration with Savor Food Hall at The Westchester and IntoxiKate to bring this vision to life. Last year the bar was set high, with 600 guests and more than $420,000 raised; all signs are that this year will top those extraordinary numbers.”

Tickets for An Evening in Good Taste can be purchased online. Early Access ticket purchasers will gain entry to the event at 6:00pm; Patron tickets provide entry at 7:00pm. This year, guests will also have the opportunity to elevate their support of Feeding Westchester’s mission and gain access to two exclusive Chef’s Table experiences, where they will have an intimate meal and chat with celebrity chefs Peter X. Kelly and Mogan Anthony as they prepare a special dish for tasting. This special, limited opportunity will be announced to ticketholders only this week.
The annual fundraiser is meticulously crafted by Feeding Westchester’s Event Committee, in close collaboration with The Westchester and IntoxiKate.
