Briarcliff Manor’s newest sandwich shop, Froggy’s, is hosting a Grand Opening Ribbon Cutting with the Greater Ossining Chamber of Commerce to officially celebrate their exciting new business. At the event on Saturday, April 11th at 12 noon, community members are invited to experience the new hot spot with tasty treats, beverage samples, t-shirts, and giveaways.
Froggy’s is known for its classic menu of sandwiches and sides served hot or cold for breakfast and lunch. Whether someone is looking to grab a savory bite on their way to work, or wants to order a platter of wraps or a party wedge, Froggy’s is ready to please. There’s even a Froggy’s app for easy ordering.
Max Germaine, Co-owner of Froggy’s Briarcliff Manor, was a regular customer at the original Froggy’s in Somers where he grew up. He became a manager there and connected with Froggy’s Briarcliff Manor co-owner Anthony Cartaino. After years of managing and assisting at the five original Froggy’s locations, Max and Anthony worked with the owners to establish their own franchise—a first ever for Froggy’s. Max explained how this Froggy’s franchise came to be, “We spent a year looking for the perfect location before finding this spot in Briarcliff Manor. The community has been overwhelmingly supportive.”
Althema Goodson, Greater Ossining Chamber of Commerce President, remarked, “At our recent Chamber membership meeting we enjoyed a delicious platter of wraps from Froggy’s. We are excited to be partnering with this new Briarcliff business, furthering our mission to serve the Greater Ossining community.”
