Westchester County’s Bicycle Sundays program annually attracts 60,000 participants to use a 6.5-mile stretch of the historic Bronx River Parkway, which is closed to automobiles from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sundays in May, June and September (weather permitting) except Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends.
