Tarrytown Union Free School District Superintendent Dr. Ray Sanchez cordially invites you to attend the third annual Back to School Party in the Park. The event will take place on Monday, August 25, 2025 (rain date Tuesday, August 26) at Patriots Park, 121 N Broadway, Tarrytown from 4-6 p.m. Many local politicians and community partners have been invited.
The event is free and will have food, music, games, and giveaways. TUFSD Staff will host story time and representatives from several departments are volunteering for a chance to see students outside the classroom in an informal setting. With the support of the PTA a list of growing partners will be contributing to the event. The list includes, but not limited to, the Tarrytown Police Department, Tarrytown Fire Department, Pack 22 Tarrytown/Sleepy Hollow, Villages of Sleepy Hollow and Tarrytown, YMCA, The Rotary Club of the Tarrytowns, Warner Public Library, Feeding Westchester, Northwell Phelps Hospital, Tarrytown and Sleepy Hollow Farmers Market (the TASH), and many more.
TUFSD is hoping for a positive turnout and would appreciate coverage of the event.
