On October 4, John Stiloski of Tarrytown addressed the Tarrytown Village Board and specifically the Village Administrator, Michael Blau. Blau has been criticized for the comments he made at a press conference after the accidental deaths of Anthony Ruggiero and John Kelly. The men died on Labor Day weekend from noxious gases in a confined space.
