Composer Jon Hatch commands a sea of analog and digital synths, weaving sound with prerecorded storytellers, whose voices narrate a tale of a small village by the water where all the young women mysteriously start to grow gills. Part concert, part radio play, part visual fever dream, The Jaws of the Merman invites audiences to surrender to sound and experience immersive storytelling like they never have before. Recommended for ages 8 and up.
