Lights of Hope Lower Hudson Valley

Join us for a special evening of remembrance, hope, and community as we come together to honor cancer survivors, remember loved ones, and shine a light of hope for a future without cancer.
On Tuesday, September 22, 2026, at the Westchester Landing of the Governor Mario M. Cuomo Bridge (333 South Broadway), the American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network (ACS CAN) is hosting a free community event to honor those impacted by cancer and remember those we have lost. The event runs from 6 to 8:30pm with a brief ceremony at 6:30 at the Pavilion on the Westchester Landing. Local healthcare partners will be present. Hundreds of tribute bags will be lit to honor our loved ones, and the bridge will be lit in blue to draw attention to ACS CAN’s advocacy work toward ending cancer as we know it, for everyone.
Please come and show your support by attending this meaningful community event.
