Tompkins Corners will welcome Deadgrass to our outdoor stage with a family-friendly “Stringband Adventure through Jerry Garcia’s World.”
The Deadgrass sound is classic, new-grass, jam, and Americana. They celebrate and interpret the music of Jerry Garcia, drawing from Old & in the Way, JGB, Jerry’s Jug Band days, and The Grateful Dead. It is “Improv-laden (with) phenomenal chops, capturing the vocal harmonies and intonations led by Garcia…refreshing and fun,” says NYS Music.
Light refreshments will be available. Feel free to bring lawn chairs and a picnic. In case of rain, this show will be held indoors.
