Canvas in Common — Community Picnic & Collaborative Art Experience

The Ossining Arts Council invites you to join us for Canvas in Common, an afternoon devoted to creativity, conversation, and community.

At the heart of the event will be one large shared canvas—and everyone who attends will have an opportunity to make their mark on it.

Add a color, a shape, a drawing, a word, a pattern, or whatever inspires you in the moment. Each contribution will become part of a larger collaborative artwork created by the community together. There is no need to create something elaborate or worry about artistic experience. The beauty of the canvas will come from seeing what happens when many different people contribute their own individual marks to one shared piece.
