Mark Bittman is one of the country’s best-known and widely admired food journalists. His column, “The Minimalist,” ran in The New York Times for more than 13 years, and he has authored 30 books, including the bestselling award-winner How to Cook Everything.
The evening will include a talk by Mr. Bittman and a book signing, with books available to purchase at the event.
Tickets are $20. Proceeds benefit The Field Library programs.
