Before becoming a personal trainer she had years of personal experience learning and understanding how the body works through exercise physiology, anatomy and weight lifting. She won 1st Place in the Women’s All Natural Northeast Division Championship. She then became an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer in 1996 and CPR AED certified through the American Heart Association.
In addition to running her own business, Judy has been teaching fitness classes for over 15 years at clubs, such as NYSC, Court Sports and others. She is also an adjunct faculty member at Westchester Community College. Her fitness experience includes resistance training, boxing aerobics, spinning, TRX bands and The Nub balance board. Her real expertise is one-on-one personal training modified to each client’s individual goals using safe and proper techniques. Judy has in-depth working knowledge of how the body moves, an understanding of the overload principles and a wide variety of weight lifting techniques.
